Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
6 ripe bananas
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco until light and fluffy.
Add bananas and eggs, beating well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to the mixture.
Stir in pecans.
Spoon into well greased bread pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Freezes well.
