Mozzarella With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh Mozzarella
    3 ripe tomatoes
    2 tsp. oregano
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    freshly ground black pepper
    10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
    salt to taste (optional)
    sliced black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Slice Mozzarella and tomatoes.
    Arrange by alternating overlapping layers on a serving platter.
    Sprinkle oregano, black pepper and salt.
    Drizzle olive oil.
    Top with basil leaves.
    Let sit 1/2 hour before serving.
    Serves 4.
