St. Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 stems celery, chopped
    2 envelopes Lipton (dry) chicken noodle soup mix
    6 c. boiling water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute sausage in large skillet.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add pepper, onion and celery in skillet.
    Combine soup mix and boiling water in large saucepan.
    Stir in rice.
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Add sausage, soup mix and salt.
    Stir well.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
