Oven Baked Possum - cooking recipe
Ingredients

possum
salt and pepper
vinegar
brown sugar
4 tsp. bacon fat
2 large onion, chopped
sweet potatoes
Preparation
-
Skin possum,
then
rub
salt
and
pepper all over the body. Then run
a mixture of vinegar and brown sugar over the body. Then
place
in
refrigerator overnight.
Next morning, put the pan and possum
on\ttop of the stove.
Add 4 spoons of bacon fat and sear
him
on
all
sides.
Then
add
onions to possum.
Put in oven
and
bake\tfor 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Take him out of the oven and turn him over and add sweet potatoes.
Use plenty of potatoes. Then put him back\tin
the
oven and cook another 2 hours or until he is tender.
