El Dorado Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced olives
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 to 4 chopped chilies or small can diced chilies
    Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Using taco seasoning, prepare meat following package directions.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, chilies and olives in a bowl.
    Crush 1/2 package of chips and put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Add 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cheese mixture and 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
    Repeat layers, finishing with Monterey Jack cheese.
    Top with crushed chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pour wine over chicken and return to oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
