Finnish Biscuit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk, cooled
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/3 c. orange juice
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cardamom or 1/2 tsp. saffron
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Add flour, stirring, until thick.
    Knead until smooth.
    Let rise in greased bowl until double (cover with plastic wrap).
    Shape as desired (buns, cinnamon, rolls or coffee cake) or rolls as if making cinnamon rolls.
    Don't cut.
    Put in round pan; make circle.
    Slash with scissors.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes (rolls 25 minutes).
    Frost with powdered sugar icing, nuts and cherries or 1/3 cup hot coffee with 2 tablespoons sugar.
    For glaze, sprinkle with sugar.
