Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, pared and diced
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. celery
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 slices bacon, cooked crispy
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 1/4 ??? water
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in water until done; remove cooked vegetables and mash well.
    Return to water.
    Add milk, pepper and salt. Reheat just before serving.
    Crumble bacon and float bacon and parsley on soup.
    Serves 6.
