Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    dash of salt
    1 lb. sausage
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. cheese, grated
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Cook, crumble and drain sausage.
    Line pie shells with sausage.
    Beat eggs.
    Blend in milk, dry mustard, salt, cheese and sour cream.
    Pour over sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This quiche freezes well.
    If quiche is frozen, do not thaw before baking.
