Ethel'S Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. pastry flour
    1 lb. lard or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put eggs and vinegar in a cup.
    Beat well.
    Add water to make 1 cup.
    Mix all dry ingredients together with lard, cut in well.
    Add egg, vinegar and water mixture.
    Mix only until blended.
    Roll out on floured board.
