Sweet-Sour Cocktail Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans unsweetened chunk pineapple
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 tsp. soy or light teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 large green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
    1 pkg. smoked cocktail sausages
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve 1 cup of juice.
    In large skillet, blend sugar, flour and mustard.
    Stir in pineapple juice, soy sauce and vinegar.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
