Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 eggs, well beaten or egg substitute
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine onion, broccoli and eggs in a bowl and mix well.
    Add margarine, cottage cheese and salt; mix well.
    Stir in cornbread mix until moistened.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish or muffin pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
