Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix eggs, vegetable oil and sugar; blend well.
    Sift flour, salt and soda; add to egg mixture.
    Add vanilla, apples and nuts. Beat well.
    Pour into an 8-inch or 9-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    While cake is still hot, pour topping over it in the pan and let it cool.
    When cooled, remove from pan.
