Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, well drained
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add oranges.
    Beat at low speed for 2 minutes.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Beat 4 minutes at low speed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30
    to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Make topping while cake is baking.
