Sausage And Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    8 c. water
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and broken up
    5 tsp. beef bouillon cubes or packets
    4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 medium carrots, pared and sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans or kidney beans, drained
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, thawed
    8 oz. spaghetti, broken, or any desired pasta, cooked
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large pot, brown sausage, onion and garlic.
    Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients, except beans, spaghetti and cheese. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour. Stir in beans and pasta.
    Bring back to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until beans are tender.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
