Asparagus In Blankets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 pieces thin sliced white sandwich bread
    1 (15 oz.) can extra long green asparagus, drained
    1 c. Hollandaise Sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    Spread each slice generously with Hollandaise Sauce.
    Place 2 asparagus spears diagonally on each slice and sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
    Fold bread diagonally over asparagus and secure with toothpick.
    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake on a cookie sheet in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
