Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. oil
garlic to taste
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/4 c. chicken bouillon
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple in juice
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

Cube chicken, then brown in oil.
Add garlic and green pepper; saute briefly.
Add bouillon, soy sauce, sugar and pineapple with juice.
Bring to a full boil.
Stir in rice.
Add drained water chestnuts.
Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Stir before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
