Hot Cottage Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    4 slices bread, cubed and toasted
    1 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks), melted
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Over top, pour butter and milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
