Spinach Sausage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, chopped
    6 eggs
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, chopped, thawed and drained
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2/3 c. Ricotta
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    pastry for 2 pie crusts
    1 broiler fryer chicken, cut in serving pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 (8 oz.) can button mushrooms
    1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. wine vinegar (red)
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in large, shallow baking pan, skin side up.
    (Use a pan about 15 x 10 x 2-inch.)
    Brush with corn oil. Bake, uncovered, in a 450\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
