Bernice'S Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    6 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 lemon, juiced
    5 bananas
    2 large bottles ginger ale
Preparation
    Bring the sugar and water to a boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes.
    Let cool and then add frozen orange juice, pineapple juice and the juice of a lemon.
    Put the bananas through a blender and add to mixture.
    Freeze.
    Thaw out 3 hours before time to serve.
    Put in punch bowl and add ginger ale.
    Yields 60 servings.
