Mexichini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini, shredded
    1 medium sweet onion, shredded
    1/3 c. black olives, sliced
    1 c. salsa or taco sauce (non-vinegar)
    1 carrot, shredded
    2 tomatoes, diced
    2 avocados, diced
    small amount paprika (added)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly and use as a salad or stuffing in pita bread sandwiches.
    Also use for tacos or enchiladas.
