Mom'S Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. Cheddar cubes
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender and drain. In saucepan, melt butter.
    Blend in flour and pepper.
    Mix milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Mix cheese sauce with macaroni.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 6 servings.
