Magic Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. white flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 c. canned fruit, slightly drained or fresh fruit (blueberries, cherries, apricots, peaches)
Preparation
    Melt butter in oven in an 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish or 1 1/2-quart casserole dish while oven preheats.
    In blender, mix milk, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Remove pan from oven. Spread batter evenly in pan.
    Pour batter over melted butter. Do not stir.
    Pour fruit evenly over batter. Do not stir. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until crust is brown.
