Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. water (scant)
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can chicken rice soup
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat; mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour. After an hour, sprinkle 1 can chow mein noodles over the top. Return to oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
