Ingredients

1 box Lemon Supreme moist cake mix
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 large egg
2 small lemons (grate the rind)
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix the ingredients.
(Do not use mixer.)
Put two cups of powdered sugar in small bowl.
Drop by spoonfuls in powdered sugar; roll and shape balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes at 300\u00b0 (do not overcook).
Makes about 7 dozen.
