Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream the oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add buttermilk, bananas and chopped pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased pan; 2 (9-inch) layers for 25 to 30 minutes or a 13 x 9-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Frost, when cool, with cream cheese frosting.
