Quick Chicken A La King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can mushroom pieces
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
4 Tbsp. diced pimiento
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook mushroom pieces, onion and green pepper in butter until onion and green pepper are tender.
Blend in soup and milk.
Add chicken, pimientos and pepper.
Heat slowly, stirring often. Serve in individual pastry shells, over toast or over rice. Serves 6.
