Cheddar Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.)
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 stick butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    cayenne pepper to taste (1/4 tsp.; can add more)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and knead into log shape.
    Wrap and chill; cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until brown or really set (firm).
    I would check the bottoms.
