Basil Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. olive oil
2/3 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. finely chopped basil
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly and shake vigorously; chill.
Just before serving, shake well and toss dressing with torn romaine, Bibb and red leaf lettuces.
