Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sirloin steak
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can beef broth
1 bay leaf
1 large can mushrooms
1 c. Burgundy wine
2 cans onions
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Cut steak into large cubes.
Melt the butter in a Dutch oven. When sizzling, brown the meat.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, covered.
For the last 15 minutes, uncover and stir several times.
If juice is too thin, increase heat so that excess moisture evaporates.
Remove bay leaf and serve over noodles or rice.
