Cream Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. Crisco or margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, Crisco and flour.
    Beat in eggs and milk thoroughly.
    Add salt and nutmeg.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
