Crabmeat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cream (milk)
    2 c. crabmeat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Simmer onion in butter for 3 minutes.
    Add crumbs.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs and rest of ingredients.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Shape into 3-inch patties.
    Dust with bread crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat or brown in skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter on low heat for 6 minutes.
