Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
3 c. zucchini, chopped small
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. parsley
4 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Mix all together in 9-inch pie dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
