Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour ingredients into unbaked pie shell.
Cover with top pie crust.
Vent top of pie crust with 5 to 6 slits.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
