Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. molasses or brown sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with flour combined with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Brown in fat in skillet.
    Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
    Add enough water to liquid to make 1 cup.
    Add to pork chops with green pepper and onion.
    Sprinkle with remaining salt. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
    Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
