5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    3 carrots, cut up
    2 onions, diced
    5 potatoes, diced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. Minute tapioca
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in roaster.
    Cover with foil and lid. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
