Moose Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat, cut into small cubes
    4 large potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
    6 carrots
    lemon pepper to taste
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1 can tomato soup
    water to cover
Preparation
    Sear meat in a stew pot; add soups and water sufficient to cover veggies.
    Bake in a slow 300\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    Phil often adds frozen peas or green limas (or anything else that strikes his fancy).
