Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, shredded and cooked
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix carrots with bread crumbs, cream, celery, parsley, onion, eggs and melted butter and put in a ring mold.
    Set mold in water and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Unmold onto serving plate and fill the center of the mold with creamed peas or peas with cheese sauce.
