Sole With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sole fillets
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
Preparation
    Place fish in baking dish so they fit snugly.
    Prepare a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, wine, parsley and rosemary.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over fish.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until fish barely begins to flake.
    Serves 4 to 6.
