Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. butter
1 large onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. celery
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. tomato juice or stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 small can kidney beans
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Brown the hamburger, butter, onion and salt.
Cut and cook the celery, water and salt for 15 minutes.
Mix the above ingredients with the remaining ingredients.
