Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. orange juice
    3 tsp. baking powder
    sugar and cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten fluffy
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 large apples
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, except apples and sugar and cinnamon.
    Beat until smooth and pour half of mixture into Bundt cake pan.
    Pare and core apples; slice very thin.
    Cover batter with half of the apple slices and sugar and cinnamon. Cover with rest of batter.
    Arrange remaining apple slices on top and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
