Vermicelli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. vermicelli, cook and blanch as directed
1 Tbsp. Accent
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. oil
3/4 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
salt
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. chopped black olives
Preparation

Marinate vermicelli overnight in Accent, lemon juice and oil. Next day, add celery, onions, peppers, pimento and black olives. Toss with mayonnaise and salt.
