Tomatoes Ala-Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped fresh mushrooms
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Make a circular cut around the stem end of the tomatoes; remove this part and squeeze tomatoes to remove the water and seeds without spoiling their shape.
    Season with salt and place in an oiled baking dish.
    Bake for 4 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven.
    Stuff tomatoes with mushroom stuffing, prepared as follows:
    Saute chopped onion in butter and add finely chopped mushrooms.
    Brown until almost all liquid has evaporated.
    Season with salt and parsley.
    Bake stuffed tomatoes in a 450\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
