Chicken And Broccoli With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips or chunks
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. cheese
    1/2 can milk
    1 1/2 c. thawed broccoli
Preparation
    Cook and stir chicken in hot oil until light browned.
    Stir in soup, milk, mustard and cheese.
    Add broccoli.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
