Green Pepper Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. regular rice (4 c. when cooked)
    4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 qt. tomato juice
    dice 6 or 7 large mangoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spray 2 (2-quart) casserole dishes with Pam.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 covered for an hour.
    Remove lid and bake at 325\u00b0.
