Mashed Potato Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt and nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, butter and milk.
    Mix eggs, sugar and flavoring. Combine the two mixtures, flour and baking powder.
    Combine with other mixtures and mix thoroughly.
    Place in refrigerator for an hour.
    Put in donut maker.
    Fry at 375\u00b0.
