Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 boxed chopped frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 stick margarine
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Separate broccoli.
    Melt margarine in an 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan and let cool.
    Beat eggs.
    Mix all other ingredients and add eggs and cooled margarine.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
    Remove, cut and serve.
