Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil or shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour and pecans.
    Mix well, then add bananas. Spoon batter into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
