No Peep Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and put in covered casserole. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours. Do not peep until 3 hours have passed. Serve over rice or noodles. Meat will be very tender.
