Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large jar marshmallow cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar and oil together, then add eggs.
    Put all dry ingredients together and combine well.
    Pour dry ingredients into sugar and oil combination. Add pecans and vanilla to this mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. After cake is done and well cooled, spread the marshmallow cream on top.
