Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole round steak, cut into 8 pieces (save bone)
1 green pepper
2 medium size onions
4 carrots
2 large stalks celery
3 small or 1 large and 1 small can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes
1 can beef gravy
1 can mushroom gravy
1 can mushrooms
6 beef bouillon cubes
Crisco spray
oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Rinse pieces of steak and let drain.
Chop green pepper into small pieces.
Cut onions into 1/4's.
Cut celery in 1/4's long way and dice into small pieces.
Cut carrots into 1/4's long way and dice into small pieces.
Put all vegetables together after dicing; rinse well and let drain.
Put oil into frying pan. Brown steak on each side.
Salt and pepper well.
Set oven to 375\u00b0.
